The manifolds are fundamental pieces in the piping systems, since they are in charge of guiding, channeling and distributing the passage of fluids or gases through the pipes. In Reboca S.L. we have a wide range of manifolds and manifolds both formed by REPOLEN PPR and PE100 pipes and fittings, and even by our REPOLEN FIRE RP fire fighting system. We use plate, threaded, butt welding and socket systems. We have a great capacity to manufacture tailor-made manifolds perfectly adapted to our customers’ specifications. We decided to promote the production of prefabricated collectors, coils and accessories in order to minimize on-site execution times, reduce skilled labor costs and reduce possible errors and defects at the time of installation. The process of design and manufacture of tailor-made pipe manifolds begins with the client’s briefing, in which he explains his wishes and provides us with a sketch. This sketch does not have to be very elaborate, it should simply show the basic dimensions and from this our team of experts generates the technical drawing, with a much more specific dimensioning and taking into account the technical requirements of the project and the current quality and safety regulations. We use BIM technology to create the design, providing it with technical parameters with which we perform hydraulic calculations and check the sizing of the facilities. Our BIM library is compatible with different design software such as Revit. Once the plan is ready, we select the most appropriate materials for the installation based on the pressure and temperature conditions to which it will be subjected and we provide a detailed economic offer. Once the offer has been accepted, we proceed with the forming of the pipe manifolds according to the indications of the client and the technical department.

The manufacture of REPOLEN batteries and tailor-made collectors is carried out following the guidelines described in the UNE 53943 standard. In this way we get a total guarantee of quality and watertightness in all our collectors. Our assembly department uses very advanced welding techniques to join the different parts and achieve the transition from the design on the drawing to the formed product. Polypropylene welding demands a high degree of skill and knowledge, and Reboca’s specialists are extensively trained and accredited to perform this task. In addition, all our products carry the legal manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with the Warranty Law 23/2003, which regulates the sale of consumer goods. Custom-made batteries and collectors are designed and manufactured in Spain, at our headquarters in L’Ollería (Valencia), from where we ship them to customers all over the world, ready for installation.
REPOLEN batteries and collectors are very light and easy to handle, which makes them an excellent choice for applications that require temporary or mobile installations. They are also perfect for refurbishment or rehabilitation installations since, thanks to being a tailor-made product, they adapt to the environment and are fully compatible with existing parts. However, they are extremely robust, have a great mechanical resistance and high pressures. It is a non-toxic system and does not add taste, color or odor to the water, making it suitable for potable water conduction. It has both acoustic and electrical insulating properties, very low celerity and minimum heat loss. High-quality polypropylene is normally used, although depending on the requirements of the project it can also be manufactured with PE100. Polypropylene is a perfect compound for the production of batteries and collectors due to its high chemical and thermal tolerance. Polypropylene is also immune to oxidation and corrosion, making it an ideal material for use in systems that transport aggressive fluids or gases.
