Repolen Preinsulated Pipe

REPOLEN PREINSULATED SYSTEM pre-insulated pipes are designed to maximize energy efficiency in cold and hot water, heating, and air conditioning networks. Their three-layer structure, with a PPR or PE100 inner tube, PUR foam insulation, and HDPE sheath, reduces energy loss and guarantees high thermal and mechanical resistance. They are an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative, as they reduce energy consumption, streamline installation, and require minimal maintenance. Their UV protection allows for both indoor and outdoor use, prolonging their durability. This system contributes to sustainability and improves efficiency in industrial and residential projects.

The REPOLEN PREINSULATED SYSTEM pre-insulated pipes are an advanced and efficient solution specifically designed for domestic cold water (DCW), domestic hot water (DHW), heating, and HVAC networks. These pipes are ideal for projects that require precise control of fluid temperature, minimizing energy loss and maximizing energy efficiency. They are manufactured with a three-layer structure: an inner pipe, PUR foam insulation, and an outer HDPE casing. These systems are the most efficient solution for applications where insulation is required.

In the case of PPR inner pipes, the fiberglass layer provides greater structural rigidity and increases pressure resistance at high temperatures. Improved tensile strength results in less expansion of the pipe, which means fewer clamps and supports are needed during installation. We also manufacture pre-insulated pipes with PE100 inner pipes. The inner pipes are lightweight, flexible, and highly resistant to heat, chemicals, and electricity. They can withstand very high pressures despite their thinner walls. The intermediate layer is made of polyurethane (PUR) foam, which surrounds both the pipe and the casing. This layer serves as insulation. The HFO PUR foam is produced using Hydrofluoroolefins (HFOs), foaming agents with a very low environmental impact. This closed-cell foam is made from polyols derived from recycled plastic waste like PET, fermented and modified with alcohols of renewable origin. The exterior of the pre-insulated pipe is a HDPE shell. This coating acts as a robust protection against mechanical impacts between the exterior and the fluid flowing through the inner pipe. HDPE provides high UV resistance in cases of accidental solar exposure. REPOLEN pre-insulated pipes are designed to withstand extreme temperature conditions, whether for hot water applications or in very cold environments. The combination of the internal material with PUR insulation and the HDPE outer layer ensures high resistance to both pressure and mechanical impacts.

Pre-insulated pipes are positioned in the market as a great alternative when choosing a pipe system for fluid circulation in projects exposed to very high temperatures, in the case of PPR inner pipes, or very low temperatures, when the inner pipe is PE100. They offer numerous advantages and are especially known for their high energy efficiency. Some of these advantages include low thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and cost reduction. Several factors contribute to economic savings when using pre-insulated pipes. Firstly, thanks to their energy efficiency, consumption is reduced compared to conventional pipe systems, resulting in significant savings. Additionally, being a lightweight and prefabricated product, installation is faster and installation costs are reduced. Maintenance costs are also lowered, as they require very little upkeep. All of this makes them a highly cost-effective option for projects of any scale.

Piping systems that are insulated during installation are at risk of insulation material being damaged in the process. Additionally, the installation process is slower and requires more maintenance in the future. By providing our clients with a pre-insulated, prefabricated product, this risk is eliminated, installation is simplified, maintenance tasks are reduced, and ultimately resources are optimized, making the installation much more efficient. The REPOLEN PREINSULATED system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations thanks to its UV protection. The UV resistance of this material ensures that the pipes maintain their performance and durability over time, regardless of weather conditions.

This system offers an eco-friendly solution for those seeking to reduce their carbon footprint and promote more environmentally responsible practices. By choosing these pipes, the amount of materials ending up in landfills is reduced, supporting a circular economy. We use HFO PUR foam based on low environmental impact blowing agents, meaning it is environmentally friendly, making these pipes more eco-friendly than other products available on the market. The extremely high energy efficiency of pre-insulated pipes directly contributes to sustainable development. A study by the International Energy Agency concluded that pre-insulated pipe systems can reduce heat or cold loss by up to 70%. This translates into 40% energy savings. This happens because the system reduces the need to consume large amounts of energy to heat or cool water, and once the desired temperature is reached, there is no need to continue consuming energy to maintain the temperature of the transported fluid.

The REPOLEN PREINSULATED SYSTEM pre-insulated pipes offer an innovative, efficient, and sustainable solution for fluid distribution in domestic cold water, domestic hot water, heating, and HVAC systems. Their high energy efficiency, durability, and low environmental impact make them an ideal option for both residential and industrial projects. Additionally, their ease of installation, longevity, and ability to reduce operational and maintenance costs make these pipes a smart and eco-conscious investment. By choosing the REPOLEN system, not only are energy resources optimized, but it also contributes to a more sustainable future, aligned with global goals for responsible development and environmental respect.
