Manufactured with high density polyethylene, PE100 pipes are light, flexible and stand out for their thermal, chemical and electrical resistance. They tolerate extreme pressures due to their reduced thickness. They are also resistant to ultraviolet rays. This material is very easy to process, which simplifies its production. Its high flexibility also allows it to be cold bent, which facilitates its delivery in coils, occupying less space and optimizing transportation. This translates into a significant reduction in production costs, making the pipes a more durable, higher quality and, in conclusion, more economical product.

They adapt easily to the requirements of the project, making their installation easier due to their low weight. In freezing situations, their flexibility allows them to recover their shape after thawing, avoiding ruptures. Although this rarely happens, since PE100 pipes act as excellent thermal insulators and withstand extreme temperatures, preventing freezing in very cold climates. In addition, PE100 pipes have a long service life, thanks to their high resistance to crack propagation, which provides greater safety.

PROJECTS

The characteristics of polyethylene prevent the growth of known microorganisms, bacteria, or fungi. The mirror-like finish on the inside of the pipe hinders the formation of unwanted organisms and prevents scaling. Thanks to the prevention of scaling, maintenance costs are significantly reduced. In addition, this interior finish has a very low roughness coefficient, resulting in minimal pressure loss. PE100 pipes are also resistant to abrasion, high-energy radiation, and ultraviolet radiation.

They share the properties of PE100 pipes, with different uses. However, REPOLEN PE100 GAS pipes are specifically designed for gas installations, as indicated by the orange stripe. This simple aspect improves installation, as it is much easier for construction companies to recognize the pipes and their functions when installing several fluids in the same location. The orange lines also help you align your accessories precisely by acting as visual reference points.

Pipes made from pure polyethylene, rather than recycled, are of superior quality, providing a guarantee of hygiene and healththat recycled materials cannot achieve. Due to its harmless, odorless, and tasteless characteristics, high-density polyethylene is suitable for transporting drinking water for human consumption. In line with our environmental responsibility, we use sustainable and fully recyclable materials. The REPOLEN PE100 GAS pipe is available in SDR11 in a wide variety of diameters, from 16 mm to 63 mm.
