PE100 pipes combine lightness, flexibility and outstanding resistance to thermal, chemical and electrical conditions. They withstand intense pressures while maintaining a thin thickness. They are also resistant to ultraviolet rays. PE100 pipes are highly flexible, which facilitates their handling and transportation, and makes them very adaptable to the different requirements of each project, which also facilitates their installation due to their low weight. This flexibility ensures that, if frozen, the pipe will fully recover when thawed rather than burst. However, this rarely happens, as PE100 pipes are excellent thermal insulators and can withstand extreme temperatures, preventing freezing in extreme cold conditions. In addition, PE100 pipes have an extended service life, largely due to their resistance to cracking, which increases product safety.

Thanks to their molecular structure, they are highly resistant to a wide range of chemical agents. They also offer outstanding resistance against electrochemical corrosion caused by salt water, industrial and urban spills. Due to their characteristics, PE pipes do not favor the cultivation of any known microorganisms, bacteria or fungi. The mirror-finished interior also contributes to this, since it avoids the formation of incrustations that can end up being a very suitable medium for the appearance of undesired organisms, reducing the cost of maintenance. In addition, it has a very low roughness coefficient, which results in minimal head loss. PE100 pipes are also resistant to abrasion, high energy radiation and ultraviolet radiation.

PROJECTS

An increasing number of projects are considering the development of rainwater recovery and harvesting. PE100 REGENERATED WATER pipes are specifically designed for irrigation installations using reclaimed water. We recommend these pipes for industrial installations, agriculture, and livestock farming, although they can also be used in laundry and toilets. They are highly resistant to both acids and alkalis, as well as chemicals, making them highly suitable for these sectors. They feature low wave velocity, which is essential for irrigation installations. High-density pipes are often used as the main lines in irrigation systems. From these conduits emerge the secondary pipes, which are usually made of lower-density pipes, which pass through the crop fields and adapt better to the terrain’s topography.

The distinctive purple line of this pipe facilitates installation, as it is much easier for construction companies to distinguish the pipes and their uses when installing different fluids in the same location. They also aid in the alignment of fittings, acting as a reference point. In compliance with our environmental commitment, we use ecological and 100% recyclable materials. The PE100 REGENERATED WATER pipe is available in SDR 11 in a wide variety of diameters, from 63 mm to 400 mm.
