These pipes are distinguished by their light weight, adaptability and excellent resistance to thermal, chemical and electrical conditions. They withstand extreme pressures even with reduced thickness. They are also resistant to ultraviolet rays. PE100 provides excellent flexibility to the pipes, which facilitates their handling, transport and adaptation to the needs of the project, in addition to simplifying installation thanks to its low weight. This flexibility also ensures that, in case of freezing, the pipe recovers to its initial state after thawing, without breaking. However, this is rarely the case, as PE100 pipes act as an excellent thermal insulator and can withstand extremely low temperatures, preventing freezing. PE100 pipes have a very long service life due to their high resistance to crack propagation, which adds an important level of safety to the product.

Thanks to their molecular configuration, they effectively resist multiple chemical agents. They are also highly resistant to electrochemical corrosion from seawater and various spills. PE pipes, due to their characteristics, do not favor the cultivation of any type of microorganism, bacteria or fungus known. The mirror-finished tube interior also contributes to this, as it prevents the formation of incrustations that can end up being a very suitable medium for the appearance of undesired organisms, reducing maintenance costs. PE100 pipes are also resistant to abrasion, high energy radiation and ultraviolet radiation.

PROJECTS

We recommend these pipes for pressure sewage installations. These pipes ensure the transport of wastewater to a treatment facility, meeting health and environmental requirements. Our PE100 sewage pipes have a very low roughness coefficient, resulting in minimal pressure loss and reducing deposits and pressure drops. This type of pipe is suitable for lift pump solutions.

The brown line makes installation more efficient, as it is much easier for construction companies to differentiate pipes and their applications when different fluids coexist in the same location. They are also very useful for precisely aligning fittings, serving as a reference point. Pipes made with virgin polyethylene, rather than recycled, are of superior quality, as they offer a guarantee of health that recycled material cannot provide. Because it’s a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless material, high-density polyethylene pipes are perfect for transporting water. Thanks to our commitment to the environment, we choose materials that are environmentally friendly and fully recyclable. REPOLEN PE100 SANEAMIENTO pipes are available in SDR 26 in a wide variety of diameters, from 110 mm to 400 mm.
