REPOLEN FASER CLIMA pipes are composed of multiple layers of different materials. We identify it by the blue color of its last layer and the green lines, these lines also serve to align the fittings using them as a guide. They are mainly made of PPR-CT, which helps to minimize the effects of expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations throughout their service life. They offer excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. PPR-CT provides greater stability and strength compared to conventional PPR, which reduces degradation and improves the durability of the installation.

REPOLEN FASER CLIMA pipes can withstand more than 30 years under continuous exposure to 4.3ppm of sodium hypochlorite at 60ºC. In addition, the fiberglass interlayer increases structural rigidity and improves the ability to withstand high pressures and temperatures. The improved tensile strength reduces pipe expansion, allowing fewer supports and clamps to be used during installation. Thus, fiberglass not only optimizes thermal performance, but also reduces space requirements and lowers material costs. The REPOLEN FASER CLIMA pipe is the perfect choice for both residential and industrial projects. Designed for air conditioning installations both with fan coils and underfloor heating (including high temperature boilers, underfloor heating, radiators…).

PROJECTS

The REPOLEN FASER CLIMA pipe is manufactured according to UNE EN ISO 21003 and UNE EN ISO 15874 standards, with an AENOR certificate of product conformity (No. 001/006498) according to technical specification RP.01.72. Pipes made of polypropylene have a high capacity to resist chemical agents, both acids and alkalis, in addition to being resistant to many industrial substances. However, PPR should not be exposed to sunlight, since prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays can cause damage to the material, accelerating its deterioration. We offer multi-layer PPR pipes with UV protection, specially designed for outdoor applications, such as the REPOLEN FASER RP UV / FASER CLIMA UV PIPE.

All REPOLEN pipes are made from virgin materials, as current regulations prohibit the use of recycled materials for drinking water. As part of our environmental commitment, we opt for sustainable and fully recyclable resources. REPOLEN FASER CLIMA pipes are available in SDR 7.4, SDR 11, and SDR 17, in a wide variety of diameters, from 20 mm to 500 mm.
