REPOLEN FASER pipes consist of several layers of different materials. They are distinguished by their white surface markings, which also act as a guide for aligning fittings. They are mainly made of PPR-CT, which reduces the possible effects of expansion and contraction due to temperature changes that the pipe may experience during its service life. They have high mechanical and chemical resistance. PPR-CT offers greater stability and durability compared to PPR, minimizing degradation and extending the service life of the installation. REPOLEN FASER RP pipes are capable of withstanding more than 30 years with continuous exposure to 4.3ppm sodium hypochlorite at 60ºC. In addition, the glass fiber interlayer improves structural stiffness and increases pressure resistance at high temperatures. The higher tensile strength reduces pipe expansion, leading to the need for fewer supports and fewer clamps during installation. In short, fiberglass not only optimizes thermal performance, but also saves space and reduces material costs.

REPOLEN FASER RP pipe is the perfect alternative for both residential and industrial projects. PROJECTS

REPOLEN FASER RP pipes are manufactured in accordance with the UNE EN ISO 21003 standard. Polypropylene pipes have remarkable chemical resistance, withstanding both acids and alkalis, as well as a wide variety of industrial substances. However, PPR should not be exposed to direct sunlight, as continued exposure can cause the material to decompose, accelerating its deterioration. We offer multi-layer PPR pipes with UV protection, specially designed to withstand sun exposure, such as the REPOLEN FASER RP UV / FASER CLIMA UV PIPE.

All our REPOLEN pipes are manufactured with non-recycled raw materials, as regulations prohibit the use of recycled materials for drinking water. Committed to the environment, we use nature-friendly and 100% recyclable resources. The REPOLEN FASER RP pipe is available in SDR 7.4 and SDR9, in a wide variety of diameters, from 20 mm to 160 mm.
