REPOLEN FASER RP UV / FASER CLIMA UV pipes are made of different layers of various materials. They are mainly made of PPR-CT, thus reducing the possible effects of expansions and contractions due to temperature changes that the pipe could experience during its useful life. Pipes made of polypropylene have very high mechanical and chemical resistance properties, being resistant to acids and alkalis, as well as to most industrial substances. PPR-CT provides greater stability and resistance than PPR, minimizing degradation and increasing the durability of the installation. REPOLEN FASER RP UV / FASER CLIMA UV tubes resist for more than 30 years to a continuous dosage of 4.3ppm of sodium hypochlorite at 60º.

In addition, the fiberglass interlayer provides greater structural rigidity and increases pressure resistance at elevated temperatures. The improved tensile strength results in less expansion of the pipe, so fewer supports and fewer loops are required during installation. The main distinguishing feature of REPOLEN FASER RP UV / FASER CLIMA UV pipes is their outer coating with antioxidant additives that prevent UV degradation. Polymers deteriorate if they remain outdoors due to the ultraviolet radiation to which they are subjected when exposed to the sun for a period of time.

PROJECTS

REPOLEN FASER RP UV / FASER CLIMA UV piping is the most suitable solution for projects with the possibility of unplanned sun exposure. Designed for plumbing installations (connections, meter and collector panels, risers, distribution, branches, boilers, accumulators, return lines), air conditioning with both fan coils and underfloor heating, heating (even in high-temperature boilers, underfloor heating, radiators, etc.), installations sensitive to Legionella disinfection (hospitals, schools, institutional buildings, hotels, sports facilities, etc.), compressed air installations, and industrial liquid transport. We recommend this piping especially for DHW (domestic hot water) installations and air conditioning installations with both fan coils and underfloor heating, as well as heating (even in high-temperature boilers, underfloor heating, radiators, etc.). In cases requiring high temperatures and pressures, as it has very high resistance to both. REPOLEN pipes are produced with pure raw materials, as legislation prohibits the use of recycled plastics for transporting drinking water. In keeping with our environmental commitment, we use environmentally friendly and fully recyclable materials. REPOLEN FASER RP UV / FASER CLIMA UV pipes are available in SDR 7.4, SDR9, and SDRR11, in a wide variety of diameters, from 20 mm to 160 mm.
