REPOLEN PP-R RECENERATED WATER pipes, made of virgin polypropylene, are ideal for transporting reused water under pressure. They offer high mechanical and chemical resistance, are suitable for irrigation, laundry, or toilets, and comply with the UNE EN ISO 15874 standard.

REPOLEN PP-R REGENERATED WATER pipes are the ideal system for the transport of hot and cold reclaimed water under pressure. They are manufactured with Polypropylene Copolymer Random type 3, a copolymer of propylene and ethylene. They have exceptional mechanical resistance up to 100ºC and below 0ºC and excellent chemical resistance. The REPOLEN PP-R REGENERATED WATER pipe is a monolayer pipe designed to offer solutions in all those situations that require the transport of hot and cold regenerated water under pressure.

They share the properties of REPOLEN PP-R pipes, with countless uses. However, more and more initiatives are contemplating the implementation for the collection and storage of rainwater in installations, buildings and renovations. REPOLEN PP-R REGENERATED WATER pipes are specifically designed for irrigation systems based on reused water. However, they are also suitable for use in laundry or toilets. The piping must be totally independent from the rest of the water supply. We recommend these pipes in industrial installations, agriculture, livestock, indoor community or sports facilities.

PROJECTS

REPOLEN PP-R REGENERATED WATER pipes are manufactured according to the UNE EN ISO 15874 standard and have an AENOR product certificate (No. 001/005595). Thanks to the inherent characteristics of polypropylene, these pipes stand out for their exceptional chemical resistance, being able to withstand both acids and alkalis, in addition to numerous industrial substances. However, it is essential to avoid prolonged exposure of PPR to solar radiation, as this can cause accelerated deterioration of the material and reduce its useful life. Because the uses of this type of pipe are limited to indoor or underground environments, PPR is not affected by the sun.

All our PPR pipes are manufactured with virgin raw materials. The regulations do not authorize the use of recycled materials for drinking water, although in this case that is not the main use of the pipe. It is a compatible, but not recommended, product, and is therefore affected by current regulations. Our environmental commitment is to use environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable materials. REPOLEN PP-R REGENERATED WATER pipe is available in SDR 11 in a wide variety of diameters, from 20 mm to 110 mm.
