REPOLEN pipes and fittings are the best system for the transport of food liquids and other hot pressurized fluids. They are manufactured with Polypropylene Copolymer Random type 3, a copolymer of propylene and ethylene with an excellent mechanical resistance up to 100ºC and below 0º and an exceptional chemical resistance. The REPOLEN PP-R pipe is a single-layer pipe designed to offer solutions in all those installations that require the transport of hot and cold water under pressure, both for domestic and industrial use.

The great properties of REPOLEN PP-R pipes make possible their innumerable uses, including plumbing installations (connections, meter and collector panels, risers, distribution, branches, boilers, accumulators, return lines), air conditioning with fan coils and underfloor heating, heating (including high temperature boilers, underfloor heating, radiators, etc.), thermal water, swimming pools, geothermal installations, installations sensitive to disinfection against legionella (hospitals, schools, institutional buildings, hotels, sports facilities, etc.), installations sensitive to disinfection against legionella (hospitals, schools, institutional buildings, hotels, sports facilities, etc.).), thermal water, swimming pools, geothermal installations, installations sensitive to disinfection against legionella (hospitals, schools, institutional buildings, hotels, sports facilities, etc…), recycled water installations even where solids may be carried over, compressed air installations, transport of industrial liquids, etc….

PROJECTS

REPOLEN PP-R pipes are manufactured under the UNE EN ISO 15874 standard and have an AENOR product certificate (No. 001/005595). Due to the nature of the material, pipes made from polypropylene exhibit extremely high chemical resistance properties, being resistant to both acids and alkalis, as well as to many industrial compounds. However, PPR should not be in contact with solar radiation, as prolonged exposure causes the material to decompose, thus accelerating its deterioration. We have multi-layer PPR pipes specifically designed with UV protection for situations where they will be exposed to the sun.

All our REPOLEN pipes are manufactured with virgin raw materials, as regulations do not authorize the use of recycled materials for drinking water. Due to our environmental commitment, we use eco-friendly and 100% recyclable materials. REPOLEN PP-R pipe is available in two SDRs: 6 and 7.4, and in a wide variety of diameters, from 16 mm to 110 mm.
